Call for Service Providers and Suppliers

GAV Relief and Development is seeking to expand its roster of suppliers and service providers by inviting applications from qualified companies and institutions capable of providing the following services across different cities and regions of Syria:

• Hotel reservations and accommodation services.
• Arrangement and provision of cars, buses, and coaches for travel and transportation between Syrian cities.
• Provision and arrangement of transportation for beneficiaries within the same city or between different cities and regions, in accordance with the needs and activities of the organization.
• Procurement and provision of training, event, and activity supplies, including food, catering, refreshments, and other materials as required by the organization.
• Reservation and preparation of training and meeting venues in accordance with the organization’s requirements and activities.
• Provision of any additional logistical services related to the needs and activities of the organization.

Eligibility Requirements

Companies and service providers interested in joining GAV’s roster of suppliers and service providers must meet the following requirements:

1. The company must be duly registered and licensed by the relevant local authorities, with valid and up-to-date legal documentation.
2. The company must have the capacity and relevant experience to provide the required services in the cities and areas where it operates.
3. The company must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
4. The company must adhere to quality standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and any other requirements set by GAV when providing services.

Required Documents

Interested companies and service providers are requested to submit the following:

1. A company profile, including an overview of the company, the services it provides, and relevant previous experience.
2. An official, stamped Letter of Interest addressed to GAV, expressing the company’s interest in cooperating with the organization and joining its roster of suppliers and service providers.
3. Valid legal registration and licensing documents.
4. Any additional documents or information demonstrating the company’s experience and capacity to provide the required services.
